This Privacy Policy explains how ArgHire Tech (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data shared through arghire.tech. We are a recruitment firm based in Rosario, Argentina, and we treat the information of companies and candidates with care and confidentiality.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
Companies (contact form): name, company, work email, the role(s) you are hiring for and your message.
Candidates (applications and “Submit your resume”): full name, email, phone, country and city, LinkedIn profile, your resume (file or link), your message and, if applicable, the position you applied to.
Browsing data: the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use a privacy-friendly analytics service that measures visits in an aggregated and anonymous way, without cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and available.
3. How we use it
- To answer inquiries and manage the searches companies entrust to us.
- To evaluate candidates for the position they applied to and, with their data in our database, for future opportunities that match their profile.
- To share a candidate’s profile with a client company in the context of a specific search. We only do this for opportunities related to the application or that we discuss with the candidate.
- To keep records of our communications.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit a form, in accordance with Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — stores form submissions, resumes and our candidate database (servers in São Paulo, Brazil).
- Cloudflare — security check that protects our forms from spam (Turnstile).
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Google Workspace — email.
Some of these providers are located outside Argentina (for example, in the United States). We choose providers that apply appropriate security measures.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep company data for as long as the business relationship lasts. We keep candidate data in our database to contact them about relevant opportunities until they ask us to delete it. We periodically review and remove information that is no longer needed.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hi@arghire.tech. We will reply within the time limits set by law.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, as established in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the Control Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to address complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
9. Minors
This site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
